MY ROLE:

Over the course of more than 100 episodes I wore a lot of hats throughout all stages of production on the Buying series.  In early seasons I supervised the production in the field, managing logistics and personnel.  I operated camera, directed scenes, conducted story-driving interviews, supervised talent, and managed the overall schedule.  I was then promoted to the series producer position where I managed up to 5 different crews filming in various locations around the country.  I was responsible for writing pitch decks for each episode and get input from network executives.  I oversaw the story production from concept through delivery, remaining in regular communication with each team in all departments to ensure consistency.  I managed the post production team providing notes to paper cuts and edits.
